My strength is working remotely with teams all over the world from my home in Sault Ste. Marie, ideal for teams spread out or when you prefer to save costs by not having a full-time coach on site. Distributed Agile is hard, but can work well with the right mix of values, processes and tools. I continually tweak the Scrum framework and experiment with online tools so teams pay less separation tax.
